This 41-million dollar Project involved the
rehabilitation and restoration of the former
historic Brown & Sharpe Complex into a 220
upscale apartment community.
Three of the nine mill buildings were transformed into studio, one and two bedroom apartments, which feature arched windows, vaulted ceilings, maple floors, complete with high-speed internet ready wiring.
Amenities include an indoor swimming pool with retractable roof, RI’s only four season lap pool, fitness area, business center, events room and covered parking.
